Allengreen Stud was established in 1989 as part of a family-owned grazing property. It is situated in gently rolling countryside between Yass and Canberra.

At Allengreen we aim to breed for temperament, versatility and performance in

addition to quality and type. It is our belief that ponies and galloways should be suitable for multiple disciplines so that children can be given opportunities to

develop skills in varied areas including showing, dressage,

jumping, and pony club activities.

Allengreen has remained committed to the use of Welsh bloodlines to maintain pony temperament and character, in combination with Thoroughbred and Riding Pony mares, producing progeny ranging from 12hh up to 14.2hh.

Pony Dressage is a major focus at Allengreen with many of our ponies winning and placing consistently with high percentages. The temperaments of these often young ponies, together with their quality and movement, is frequently a talking point with judges and competitors alike.

In addition to breeding quality stock, we place equal emphasis on the correct handling of our youngstock from birth onwards. We believe performance is a product of environment as well as genetics, and therefore aim to give every pony their greatest opportunity to succeed by providing the best in up-to-date management techniques.

Allengreen Stud is professionally managed by a graduate in Equine Management, University of Sydney, Orange Campus.
